250人とYOGA🧘🏾♀️とある小学校の学年行事に呼んでいただきました。子供達、保護者の皆様、先生方、スクールパトロールの方々合わせて総勢250人！こんなにも沢山の方が集まってくれるなんて思いもしませんでした。ヨガを通して伝えたいこと、ポーズをとることよりも大切なことを精一杯伝えてきました。子供達はキラキラな目で、お母さんや先生達は真剣な眼差しで頷きながら聞いてくれました。なぜ今、こんなにもヨガブームがきているのか、ヨガをすれば何を得ることができるのか。短い時間で真剣に。どのくらい伝わったかはわからないけど1人でも少しでも伝わっていればその理解や心地よさが誰かに伝わり、またその違う誰かに伝わり、ヨガはもっと広がっていきます。純粋に一生懸命にポーズをとってくれた子供達。私の呼吸のリードに従い身体に向き合ってくれた大人たち。大人は子供にとって太陽です。特に私達母は。子供達を明るく照らします。内側から満たされて輝くお母さんが子供は大好きです。ヨガは大人も子供も男も女も関係なくみんなに平等に健やかな人生を送るためにあります。250 people and YOGA🧘🏾♀️I was invited to an elementary school year event. A total of 250 children, parents, teachers and school patrols! I never thought that so many people would gather. I've been telling everything I want to convey through yoga and what is more important than taking a pose. The children were shining and the mothers and teachers listened to me with a serious look. Adults who faced my body following my breathing lead. Adults are the sun for children. Especially our mother. Brightly illuminate children. I love children who are filled from inside and shine.
